AI-Driven Transformation of Emergency Management Reporting

The Challenge


Dynamiq, a crisis and emergency management firm, faced a significant challenge in their reporting process. The manual generation of performance reports took 1–2 days per client, creating a bottleneck that limited their ability to scale their services.


The Approach

We designed and delivered an AI-powered reporting engine that automates the retrieval, analysis, and insight generation from hundreds of datasets. This system combined orchestration logic, custom LLM pipelines, and tailored business rules to produce reports quickly and accurately. The solution was designed to individualise each report, reducing the time required for report generation.

The Outcome


The new AI-powered system now produces hundreds of individualised reports in under 30 minutes, turning a time-intensive process into a scalable service. Additionally, our work on rapid prototyping for high-priority innovation initiatives, combined with ongoing support under a retainer model, has provided Dynamiq with the flexibility to experiment and the structure to integrate AI across their business.
